How many people can you accommodate at your events?
We organize events for groups of 100 to 600 people. For business events and corporate parties We recommend groups of up to 300 people so that there is enough space for all activities. public festivals The maximum capacity is around 600 guests. The capacity depends on the setup and the type of event.
What is included in the event organization?
You have all the options. We offer catering of your choice, a beverage package, decoration, sound systems, lighting, stage and DJ booth, and full event planning. Extras such as live entertainment, special decoration or branding can be added. See all facilities.
How much does it cost to organize an event with you?
For business events and private events, we charge a minimum spend of €75 per person with 100 guests. More guests means a lower price per person. For public events, the booth rental starts at €6,250. The exact price depends on the group size, catering, duration, and additional requests. We always create a customized quote first.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, please book no later than 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for events in busy periods (September-December, May-June). Last-minute bookings are also possible, but subject to availability of the vessel and other events.
